Getting Healthy

Many people do not know how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I will give you a list that everyone should know. This advice will keep you in good shape and prevent you from getting sick.

Here are some ideas:

  • Get  7 to 8 hours of sleep
  • Drink plenty of water, about 1.5 liters a day
  • Eat fast food sparingly
  • Eat fruits and vegetables, like apples and bananas
  • Play sports and exercise regularly

Follow the list I wrote to feel healthy. I advise you to take my suggestions so you feel strong and age well.
